I’ve made several trips to this park with my daughter & she’s always loved it. There’s multiple jungle gym areas, slides, swings & a brand new addition that includes a handicap accessible playground, sun sails & sensory activities. We’ve never used the other amenities here, but the cleanliness & quality of the playground is enough for us to keep returning whenever in the area ✌🏻
Love the new addition they’ve added to the playground! They have some really neat play equipment now! Will definitely be going back more often.
Awesome place to bring the kids to play run out energy. Great place to walk and reflect. Also a good neutral meeting place for a date and a picnic at the park. Close proximity to town makes it an ideal location for birthday celebrations and family gatherings. 🥰😎👍
We have had several kid birthday parties here. Pavilions are FCFS and each has a grill. Playground is very nice and almost brand new. Has soft mulch covering on ground. There are sports ball courts of several kinds and a baseball diamond. Fitness trails are accessible as well. Only complaint is there was only one restroom facility and it was literally a hike from our pavilion.
Me and my girl decided instead of doin a cookout at home we would just go by ourselves to the city park grill some burgers chill in the breeze an have a piece of mind. Went on the nature walk but it’s pretty well gone from wat it use to b. Couldn’t go far cause of all the mud and trees down all over the trails . It’s not handicap accessible that’s for sure. It use to b.. I did find some pretty interesting mushrooms on my short hike in. Never seen em before so thought I’d post em
