The owner does a phenomenal job! I get my dogs groomed regularly and I’ve used their boarding services.
The place sucks, the Owner is very rude and started yelling at me even after I asked her to stop. We made a reservation for 18 days. 5 days later we had medical issues in the family. Our dog was not in the place one night. I gave her a 306.00 deposit. I asked the owner if their was something we could work out some kinda of refund. She said there is no refunds and kept pointing a paper the she typed up, said no refunds. I said I understand but, I all fairness my dog had not even been there. How about 100.00 dollars for your troubles and we can call it good. The conversation went down here from there. My dog hadn’t even been there let’s just be fair. She said my check that I wrote her hasn’t clear her account and wouldn’t until Friday, a week and a half after it had cleared my account. As that I questioned the time frame she started yelling at me. I politely her to stop. The conversation continued, she said she would have to talk to her book keeper. I said so are you going to give me a refund? She started yelling at me again.Not a nice place and the owner is not professional and is rude. My dog never stepped inside the place. BEWARE

Done a wonderful job on my boy’s Zeus. I had to drive from Clarksville. Because I heard these folks were the best and I have to agree and so Dose zeus🐶 I took my boy back for the 2nd time and got hit summer time. Haircut so he can go swimming and hang outside I done a wonderful job thank you
This was my first time using Bark N Play and I have to say I am very pleased with how well they took care of my dogs! The staff was excellent and friendly. They posted pictures of my babies during their stay, which really put my nerves at ease. I picked them up and they were all in happy spirits. I would recommend them every-time.
