Nice place to bring your pets. I didn’t see any public restrooms, so keep that in mind. There are water stations for dogs, plenty of space, and benches to sit. A good spot overall
Not a public dog park and there’s no place to park. But I really enjoyed that there was a long sidewalk around the inner perimeter. If I don’t move, neither will my dog, so I like to walk so she follows me and will actually play!
Provides the basics of a dog park. No fancy obstacle course but my GS always burns off some energy. The community atmosphere is the best. All the neighborhood dogs get so excited seeing each other on walks or coming up to the park.
Originally tried to go to brazos bend but we didn’t realize a reservation was needed so we tried to find a place for our dogs to have some fun and pee and whatnot. This is a park only for the residents of the neighborhood. They make it very clear because there is no parking for the dog park. I think it sucks that’s it not for the public.
I love having a neighborhood dog park. It’s not as flashy as community dog parks but serves it’s purpose. You have to inspect the gates before you give pet free reign. The landscapers on multiple occasions have left a side gate unlocked. Additionally the water fountain is outside the park and sometimes doesn’t work, so bring you and your pet some hydration if going.
