Our house underwent a major renovation, and we needed a place to live. We were surprised how nice the Everly experience was. The apartment was light, well-appointed, very clean, had a garage and good parking and there were so many closets. Many nice neighbors also. The rental agent was very helpful and made things ez. The buildings support staff were responsive and helpful. The complex is very pet friendly, and our dog made many new friends. The property spreads over landscaped acres and there are nice walking trails. We expected living in an apartment would be a challenge after living in a private house for so many years, but it was not so, the living was very easy at the Everly.

Apartment was very spacious and filled our needs. Location was great with its proximity to Livingston and East Hanover. Overall great experience!

I lived at Everly for about 8 yrs. Although there were some negative changes when a new management took over.
I have to commend the maintenance staff headed by Mike. They responded quickly every time I needed them. I found Darshi in the office receptive to any of my questions.
I did however have an unfinished basement which had a mold issue and it was addressed to help correct the issue.
I left only because I moved away from the area.
