Once was a positive social hub for dogs & people. The fence was washed out by the fooded river in March. It’s July & still no fence. Why can’t the Mayor of Roseburg have a fence replaced? We need to know.

Terrible. Do not bring your dogs here. Disgusting.

It was a great place to treat your dog to a dip in the river. It was very clean and no problem finding it.

This park was not well maintained. The entrance was overgrown with weeds and there was plenty of poo that was not picked up. It also seemed to be a place for homeless. In fact while we were there someone came in to bathe with the spigot. There was a toilet but honestly I was too scared to go in it. The door was that dirty. I ended up using the porto potty next to it. There is a boat launch next to the parking lot which is where the dogs can get in the river for a swim. There was evidence of homeless there too. If I was alone I wouldn’t have stopped.

This park was actually a little bigger than I expected, well fenced in and maintained. It’s nice and shady with picnic tables and is adjacent to a cute little family park that has a playground and baseball fields. It’s nice also just to walk along the river. There were a few homeless camped nearby but everybody was super nice and friendly and didn’t detract from Kaida and I enjoying a much needed break here.
