This is a very nice place you can stay three days for free and there are three that I counted electric posts. Bathroom which is clean and a water spicket on the outside

A few free camping sites here. Beautiful enclosed gathering space that felt lovely and cool on a 99-degree day. The park itself is very cute and clean. Perfect spot for a good leg stretch on a long trip.

What a beautiful park! We had heard it was a great park, so we went to Roscoe just to see and it did not disappoint us. My kids never wanted to leave! We spent an hour and a half there. There were multiple playsets with tons of things to climb, swing on slide down, etc. There was plenty for older kids to enjoy and also lots of small playthings for toddlers. There were public bathrooms and it looked like a building to rent for parties. There was tons of shaded open area. There was an adaptive swing there as well as normal swings and baby swings. I enjoyed sitting on the bench swing and watching my kids have a great time. We will come again!

If you’re simply passing through town or are looking for some tasty vittles at a friendly eatery this is the place to stop.
Both of us had burgers 🍔 & they were perfectly done (& you can tell they aren’t the pressed mess you’d find at a fast food joint).
Stop in, have a beverage & sit and enjoy your home cooked meal at Ricky’s ~ you’ll be happy you did!
Oh and the city park stay-over was a welcomed surprise too!!
Three spots next to the bathroom house. It feels a little awkward at first as you are within a small neighborhood but they’ve got it set up specifically for those of us that need a spot to get off the road and rest for a night ~ very much welcomed & appreciated!
Thank you to the town of Roscoe 💙 & Ricky’s too ❤️🔥
P.S. we were here on 4/19-4/20 and the water in the potty house is turned in yet and the picnic tables are still tucked away for winter; soon the H2O will be on & table under the nice pad under a large cover.

Two camp spots like the one pictured. Approximately 40 ft.. Power hook ups, enough to run your ac. There is a donation box for camping. Super quiet, neat playground for the kids. Bathrooms next door, clean, might have to bring your own TP.
