Beautifully kept grounds…. clean facilities and great rental cabins, wagons, and rvs. We had our own RV and stayed in a premium rv spot. 50 amp service. The staff was awesome to say the least. They Promised Us a Spot — Then Left Us Stranded and Treated Us Like a Nuisance
Absolutely awful experience. We called ahead and were clearly told there was a place available for us to camp. We confirmed it on the phone — everything sounded fine. We packed up, drove out with our gear, and were honestly looking forward to a relaxing weekend.
But when we arrived? Suddenly, they were “out of places” and acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. No apology. No help. Just cold stares and a seriously bad attitude, like we were the ones inconveniencing them by showing up after doing exactly what they told us to do.
They were rude, unprofessional, and completely unbothered by the fact that they ruined our plans. Not even an attempt to fix the situation or offer an alternative — just a dismissive “we’re full” and a shrug.
If you like gambling with your weekend and getting treated like trash for their mistake, then this place is for you. Otherwise? Avoid it like poison ivy.
