I want there to take my dog fir a stroll on the path around the river. The path has not been maintained for what looked like years so we couldn’t get through the dense bush. The Roscoe guide book should be corrected to indicate just a picnic area but no hiking or walking. I was very disappointed.

Lovely little nook to stop and rest by the river, it is however infested with ticks which is sad.

Trout stream capital of the world ?…. Not even close. Trails are terrible, great place to break a limb and drown. Tiny fish if you can catch one. I fished for 6 hours I caught about 30 fish not one was over 14 inches. Much better places to fish in NY. The town of Roscoe looks like a village where hope and prosperity go to die.
