Reviews
Theater 5 was completely trashy. Picture quality was so poor. The seats in D7 or 8 was completely broken to the point you could fall out of the chair. The popcorn was stale. Just a terrible experience.
Movie was good. The theatre was clean. Seats were comfy. Sound was good. Not too loud … Except the excited teens for the movie which was fun hearing them so excited. Food was food at the concessions. Bathroom was clean
The AC doesn’t even work in theaters. How do you have broken AC and can’t even offer guests free drinks to make up for it. The place is disgusting too un sanitized and dirty. It’s sickening have workers work in this condition during the heat wave. This place should be shut down immediately
If you want a decent cinema experience this is NOT the theater to go to. I went there for the first (and also the last) time to see the last mission impossible movie (the final reckoning). The place is dirty. The floors are sticky and disgusting. The drink machines area was filthy and a mess. Limited selection on the concessions due to short supply ordering and then the biggest sin of all, the movie was shown dark and in poor quality. I stayed hoping that someone would realize that the movie was too dark and poor and that they would adjust. No such luck. I was upset with myself for not walking out and demanding a refund to begin with. That AMC theater will never see me or any of my friends or family if I have any say in it. Avoid this place. Go somewhere else to get your money’s worth. Disgusting.
My husband and I went to see 28 Years Later in honor of our son who is currently serving in the military. He grew up loving 28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later, so this film was special for us as a family. We hoped to take a photo with the movie poster to send to him, but we couldn’t find it anywhere.
That’s when José, an incredible AMC employee, stepped in. He searched with us all over the theater..upstairs, downstairs, even outside, until we finally found the poster. He truly went above and beyond. We shared our appreciation with Nicholas, the manager, who was just as kind. He even offered us the poster after the movie’s run and took our number so we can send it to our son. We were genuinely touched by that thoughtful gesture. José and Nicholas showed top-tier customer service. They are absolute assets to AMC. We left with full hearts and big smiles. Thank you for making our night so meaningful!
Sincerely, overjoyed parents!
