Clean, quite, and children friendly. There is a nice size field for children or adults to run around in.

Nice little place for a picnic, hanging out, basketball. Plus a good sized playground. Not a bad spot!

It was broken glass all over the sidewalk. The flower bed and plaque were outgrown with weeds. It could use a little TLC ASP OMG.
