Jackie is a master dog groomer! She practices extreme attention to detail and has a fantastic relationship with my nervous pup. So grateful for her hard work and consistent business. We like our dog a little scrappy looking and she does such a great job
DISAPPOINTED!
I thought I had found my groomer for my dog Zoe. Wrong! Granted, most gave 5 stars. Along with great treatment to my dog, (very important), I’m about Customer Service…professional service. There was lack of when it came to me. Having done nothing wrong and I would be the first to admit it due to my character, I didn’t feel it, see it nor received it. I contacted Jackie via email to get an appointment for Zoe. Proper introduction, “Hello”, asking for availability. Response was “only a time”. Again, “Hello”…… the time wasn’t fusible with my work schedule, I mentioned and asked for another time…no response. I then called and left a message….no return call. I called again and left a message asking for availability and I stated, if my business is not wanted to please let me know? My was a No Response 😡 I really cannot recall if I had said or did anything to Jackie. Professionally, a conversation could have happened at least with an explanation! That, I would have respected in that type of business versus nothing at all!
Jackie is the most wonderful groomer!!! Not only does she do a fantastic job with grooming and other services, you can also really tell she really truly cares for your pet when they are away from you. Our dog, in true poodle fashion, can be incredibly sensitive and would come home from other groomers stressed to the point where she would shut down on us and not play or even eat normally for several days. We have never had this happen with Jackie and our dog is always very excited to see her which is a true testament to how gentle and attentive she will be with your pet. Highly recommend!!!
