Royal Park is one of THE NICEST hotels we have stayed at – ever. Everything was top notch – the updated decorating, the staff, the food, the setting. Do not hesitate to visit this beautiful hotel. Summer is the perfect time with the deck to eat out on, walking paths, chairs by the creek. We were very impressed.
I came into town for my Fathers funeral. Needless to say I was heavily distracted and not thinking about the comfort of my stay. To my utmost joy the staff, and specifically the manager, of the hotel went above and beyond to ensure my stay was amazing! Finding the hotel to be so elegant was a treat, but the heartfelt attention given to me and my family while dealing with the passing of a loved one was extraordinary! Thank you!
This was the worst experience I think I ever had staying at a high-end hotel. I booked a reservation for a Terrence view overlooking a water creek and what I received was looking at a rooftop with gravel and drain sticking out of the building. I explained my situation to the concierge They stated because I booked my reservation through my credit card points that the day I booked was overbooked and had to give me a lesser of room. Mind you I did pay extra for this room. They stated they would change the room the next day as they will have open rooms available, which they never did. Not good customer service and how you treat your customers at all. Also the room had no bar soap, yellow stains in the shower that looked like pee stains, and some towels were dirty. I asked for a refund only on the difference between the room I stayed in and the Terrence view room which is a lot more money and they refuse to give me the difference of the money. I was not looking for a refund. I was just looking for the difference in monies between what I stayed in verses the other higher end room which they refuse to give, I honestly cannot believe that this hotel and management allowed all this to happen. Even management text me the next day stating that she could not believe that the staff did not change my room when she specifically said for staff to change my room, so she clearly admits this to me, but yet I still did not get reimburse the difference of the room I should’ve got and paid for. The pictures are not clearly a 479.00 a night room.
