Drove all the way out here only to be greeted by a sign that said No Bikes NO PETS. Trail is NOT dog-friendly!! Boo!

Kid-friendly trails that were soft enough to go barefoot! Peaceful and full of life. Mockingbirds chirped back whenever we called them. It was SO nice. My only complaint is that I couldn’t seem to find a map or anything on the paths or website.

This place was exceptional. I had a really pleasant Memorial Day and what a way to remember the people that gave their lives who served in our military. There are animals around so be alert. I came across two herds of deer and I did come across one snake, but it was only a couple of feet long and immediately slithered away from my direction. There are also some very soft spots on the property so wear the correct attire (boots, pants, hat, etc.) Also, if you see garbage on the ground, just pick it up. You’ll get to a garbage can at some point. Keep it clean and beautiful for others to enjoy!
