The place is reasonably clean.

Pleasant stay in Room 159 (two queen beds). Room quiet, beds big + comfortable, water hot, and all necessities present (clean sheets & towels, toiletries, microwave & fridge, large TV). Outlets on the lamps didn’t work, no big deal: plugged in directly to the wall.

People complaining seem to be saying they’re too special for this place. It’s a decent motel off of Route 4 in New Jersey. It’s just fine! There are lots of Marriotts, Hyatts, and Hiltons in the area if you want to spend two or three times as much.

Excellent location, staff at the front desk were lovely, but the non-smoking room has very clearly been smoked in. Additionally, the room is tatty, the whole hotel needs a total remodeling and everywhere smells of cigarettes. You can’t get into the building without walking through a wall of smokers. In the room there is a tea maker in the bathroom which is weird and there are three cups and three lids. The second lid was filthy with some red substance on it, quite disgusting actually. I did appreciate the way my towels were folded but no tip because my cup lids were filthy, see photos.

There was an odd odor in the room but that is not uncommon for a hotel room. It wasn’t repugnant,it was just odd. Comfy beds and pillows as expected from any Wyndham property. Breakfast was good also but I was disappointed that there was no waffle-maker. Desk staff was kind and professional and the establishment was tidy. As a note, some people may not think kindly of the coffee maker being in the bathroom. Or doesn’t bother me because I’ve seen that before but my wife thought it disgusting. Just something to consider concerning placement. Otherwise,we enjoyed our stay, especially with El Asadero next door. We will return killing the future.
