Windy Hill Fowl hosted a pheasant tower shoot on 1/11/25 that was absolutely top notch. It was very evident that a lot of thought and planning went into organizing this shoot. The day started with breakfast items, a well run registration, a thorough overview of how the day would go, and a safety discussion was held before the shoot started. The shoot itself was laid out in a way that ensured safety for the shooters, equal amount of time at each station, plenty of action, and staff members that would stop by each station to make sure you were doing ok and see if you needed anything. After the tower shoot was complete a great lunch was provided while the harvested birds were prepared to be given to the shooters. My friends and I were extremely impressed and look forward to attending again.Thank you,Terry
My wife and I booked a half day hunt at Windy Hill Fowl to get our young German Shorthaired Pointer some bird exposure. What an incredible experience, the bird prices are more than fair, the fields and cover are excellent, and we were even welcomed with warm coffee. Amanda was willing to tailor our hunt to accommodate our training needs for our dog. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, we will definitely be back.
Great way to spend a day! Owners are very friendly, guide and dogs did an amazing job, and birds are beautiful. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about it, you won’t be disappointed. Will definitely be back and hope to make it an annual outing.
