My time at low park was lovely. Than again it was 7 in the morning. I did see random cloths there left by homeless and it’s right next to Magnolia Apartments. I was there until I capture my pokemons and left.
There are always homeless people hanging out here. Wouldn’t recommend coming here with hopes of enjoying family time with the kids unless you want to explain excentric behavior of drug addicts to them.
Small, pocket park that appears very well maintained and litter free; with lush green grass and tall trees with plenty of park benches for sitting. Sadly, there is a bit of a presence of some less fortunate individuals with no place to live or reside, more commonly called homeless.
To call this a park is very generous. It’s more like a rather large grassy median, with a couple of benches, lotsa homeless & drugdealer milling about. It is nice if you can find it empty though, and there a nice library nearby.
