Memorial Park
Memorial Park is a well-maintained, family-friendly park located in River Rouge, MI. It is accessible with wheelchair-friendly entrances and parking. The park features amenities such as a basketball court, picnic tables, a skateboarding area, slides, swings, and a playground. It is excellent for children, including birthday parties, and allows dogs. Visitors enjoy the splash pool for kids and a friendly community atmosphere.

Took my daughter to the splash pad for the first time and we both loved it. We’ve recently moved to the area from Southwest Detroit and I’ve never seen a public splash pad in a park! The worker was very friendly and I appreciated he offered to pay the dollar for my daughter so I didn’t have to go back to the car (I thought it was open to the public). The area was pretty clean just a couple leaves but it’s nothing to move out of the way and throw out. Definitely will be coming back soon.
Absolutely love it! And the tank and helicopter are cool to stare at (don’t try and fly or drive them. Trust me)… after you visit the many “provision” centers on the miracle mile of Jefferson ave.
Love how the city lives law officers are considering of everyone safety and are deep strong here in the city of river rouge we love them ❤ and its a family community here good for children. Thxs river rouge stay amazing.
Very nice and well kept. Not a lot of city noise but in the still in the city.
Splash pool for the kids to enjoy and those kids really enjoyed it too!
