Beds were super comfy, breakfast was good, water didn’t stay hot to long when took a bath and some outlets didn’t work in room! Everyone was super friendly and hotel was super clean! Also pool water was clean and warm! Loved the digital check in, check out and key, sp convient…Definitely would stay here again! Over all very please we stayed in room 114 (also was great u could pick ur floor and room)

The hotel was great. The person at the front desk was helpful, breakfast was good, and the room was clean and comfortable. Getting into the parking lot was tricky depending on the time of day (traffi), but always doable.

Rooms were clean breakfast was typical Hampton but, ok. Coffee was good. Directions in the website are incorrect. We ended up driving around the neighborhoods in NJ for about 30 minutes trying to locate the hotel. The front desk staff was new and offered little help. It was very frustrating!

The staff at check in was very welcoming. But at my big surprise the rooms were not what I was expecting. I am a Hilton Honor member and I was very disappointed.
There was a strong smell in one of the bathrooms, like mold. Or maybe an issue with the pipes. But it wasn’t pretty at all. The other bathroom didn’t have body wash. I fell like the rooms weren’t inspected by the staff before our arrival. It was a very special moment for my daughter who was turning 10 , and had her friends with us. I didn’t want to ruin it. Otherwise I would have left and go somewhere else. We had 2 connecting rooms and had to rely on one bathroom without the proper supplies.
This was not a good experience

Unfortunately, the service is bad and what matters to them is making money by any means and they do not care about customer satisfaction. I advise you to make sure of the reservations. There is no breakfast, even though they said there was breakfast. We had reserved two rooms after a full hour call. When we arrived, they said there was only one room and it was 5 in the morning. They did not allow us as a family to stay in the room together. We slept in the car. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. I do not hope it will be repeated with anyone.
