🐾 How to Handle Aggressive Dogs at the Dog Park – Real Advice from Dog Owners
Visiting the dog park can be a joyful activity for both you and your furry friend—but aggressive encounters can quickly […]
Located conveniently at 75 Challenger Rd in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey, AMC Ridgefield Park 12 offers accessible parking and is close to amenities, making it easy to visit with your furry friends. Though this location is primarily a cinema, reviews indicate easy parking and convenient access, which could translate to a pleasant stop for dog owners searching for facilities in the area.
While the cinema itself offers reclining seats and robust sound systems for moviegoers, specific dog-friendly features such as fenced off-leash areas, dedicated small or large dog zones, water stations, or poop bag dispensers have not been mentioned in visitor experiences. Still, accessible parking and ADA-friendly escalator access may be beneficial for some guests visiting with pets in tow.
I visited to watch the international film My Daughter is Zombie( Korean movie). Parking was easy, and after showing my online reservation ticket at the first floor (note: online bookings add a ? convenience fee), I took the escalator up to the second floor theater.
Part of the second-floor hallway was under construction. The restroom could have been better maintained, but the theater itself was in decent condition. Zombie Daughter is a comedy, but it still had touching moments—I even teared up a little. Really enjoyed it. Recommended!
Since it was a Sunday 12:45 PM show, the theater wasn’t crowded, which made the experience more comfortable.

Great small/medium size theater
Girl at concessions stand with freckles and orange hair is super nice. Keep her! Great customer service. Movie was delayed due to fire alarm. Was able to get later showtime and offered refunds/coupons after. Girl at concessions also gave me new popcorn since mine got cold after waiting for alarm to clear. Super friendly and great all around service. Nice theater too. Recommend

Walked out before the showing. I felt incredibly uncomfortable with the conditions of this place. Clear droppings on the elevator sills, all soda machines were broken and did not have ice, all butter and sauce stations were empty or broken and dirty. Floor was sticky all around, including the theater. When I asked an employee if they clean between showings, she said they did. But it was clear they did not; our seats were sticky and our cup holders were dirty with dried soda, chairs were left reclined, and the floors were dirty from the food left behind. When I asked for a refund before the showing, I was told I could only get a gift card despite paying by card. Her reason was because I paid online, which is unacceptable. I don’t know what happened to this place as I’ve been here for years but it’s disgusting. My partner and I left our uneaten food and left. We saw a bunch of untouched brooms while trash piled up everywhere. There was literally no place to dump trash. How is this acceptable?
