and the walls were old & cracking and bathrooms look like they haven’t been redone in 100 years, glad I was able to see before I even booked to set a date to “view” any apartments, after seeing this one, it was more than enough to convince me to stay away!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lauren, and from the very first day of signing my contract, she has been incredibly supportive. She consistently makes the effort to communicate clearly and address every concern I’ve had along the way. During our initial visit to the management office, we weren’t allowed to see the apartment in person, but Iris provided us a video and went the extra mile to arrange a time for us to view the unit before signing the lease. She refuses to pick up calls and speak with residents. It’s HORRIBLE.

On top of the poor communication, they tried to charge us NULL,000+ for insufficient notice when we moved out, which was completely false. As soon as we involved our attorney, they quickly dismissed the charges. It was clear they were attempting to take advantage of us, assuming we wouldn’t take further action. It was as if they expected residents to accept mistreatment without pushback.

The only good thing about this place are the handymen and Iris, (the leasing agent.) They were kind and did their best to resolve issues around the apartment. It was refreshing to have at least one group of people who genuinely cared about taking care of the residents.
