Very disappointed. Should be stated clearly in the signage that this is NOT a public dog park but only for HOA use with a security access tag. I drove out of the way to come here.

We love it here! Our dog always has such a great time running around. It’s always clean in there and it’s big enough for your dog to run freely and endlessly!

This is one of the nicer dog parks. I took off one star because it is private for the HOA neighborhood. I don’t understand the need of the developers to restrict access to a dog park.

Megan Brown

Private to residents. You need a key card to enter.

I’m giving it five stars because I don’t want to degrade the park itself, but it’s disappointing to drive all the way over only to find out you can’t get in.

Moved to veranda about 2 years ago and they have always had/added nice attractions. This one is perfect for your pup and the kids since there’s also a jungle gym park right next to Canine Cove!

Let me fill you in!: This park is separated into two sides, Large and Small dogs. Theres wash stations for both sizes, water fountains, and a nice pool for each! The large pool goes down to about 2-3ft deep and the small pool seems to be about a couple inches to a foot deep. There’s an abundance of trees for shade, along with some benches, complementary with a small gravel trail to walk along. Each side has verandas signature purple, fire-hydrant and some doggy bags. The wash stations have a gate surrounding the area, a shelf with two hangers and a hose. To exit the dog park and wash stations, there’s a red button, i was a little confused myself about it! Theres also a nice place to have a picnic out of the dog park if your just chilling with your kids, playing at the jungle gym.
