I would’ve given 5 stars, but the restrooms are filthy. Too bad the city doesn’t keep the restrooms clean like Lake Balboa.

It’s a nice place to bring your kids to the playground, have a picnic or play some tennis. Playground = Nice … Most days it is crowded. Restrooms are moderately clean. Yes, this is a dog-friendly park. There are plenty of places to have a picnic.
