The Biggest Little Dog Park – A Fun Spot in the Heart of Reno

Located right in the city center of Reno, The Biggest Little Dog Park truly lives up to the city’s nickname, “The Biggest Little City in the World.” It’s a creative and interesting concept, offering a dedicated space for both locals and visitors to enjoy some time with their pups.

The park is thoughtfully divided into two sections: one side is a leashed area with well-kept grass, perfect for a calm stroll, while the other side is designated for off-leash play, giving dogs the freedom to run around and socialize. During the daytime, the park tends to be quieter with only a few dogs around, but it becomes more lively in the evenings when more dog owners stop by.

It’s a welcoming spot not just for Reno residents, but also for hotel and casino guests nearby who are traveling with their pets. The design adds extra charm—colorful murals on the walls and playful dog-shaped fence art give the park a unique personality that reflects Reno’s creative vibe.

Good place to go to with your dogs…. I just wish they had shaders there maybe even six big fake trees for both sides for some kind of shade but other than that very good Park I love it

We have traveled 7 states in 1 month and this was the nicest dog park we have visited. Parking can found across the street or right around the corner. We used an unmarked small empty lot right across from the dog park.

2 areas for them to play in. Just becareful in the summer, that fake grass gets hot on the paws and there’s really no shade. There’s water and water bowls during the summer but the water is shut off in winter so the pipes don’t freeze.

Very cute little dog park! Has one side for large dogs and one side for smaller dogs. Also is double gated to ensure that whole you are entering and exiting it makes it harder if a dog was to try and escape. Has astro turf and provides the park with doggie bags and also has water spicks so your dog can drink water after all that running and playing!!
