I’m a recent new comer to Raynham Park and cant say more how warm and welcoming the staff and fellow patrons are. Very family oriented feel to the place. Drinks are excellent, food is tasty, chicken fingers are recommended
This place use to be a great. The staff there are rude and racists towards people of color. They will put reserved cards on the tables just to keep you from sitting there. This place is not even that busy, why would you need reserved signs on tables that aren’t even being occupied. I been a regular for 20 years now and I only go there because its convenient. Mr. Carney needs to have training classes for his rude staff members.
We had a fundraising event last night and I can’t say enough about the staff and venue. Everything was so clean, the bartenders were wonderful and Sue our contact person was so helpful!! We even ordered sandwiches from the simulcast area while setting up and they were very good!! We can’t wait until next years event!!
I go here at least one a year. I’ve always had fun and been treated well by the staff. The pub food menu and drinks are very good and cheap. Off-track betting for horse, harness and dog racing. NEW FACILITY is under construction and due to open by the end of 2022. The current building will be demolished shortly after.
It used to be Raynham Taunton Greyhound Park when dog racing was legal. Now it just simulcasts horse racing at tracks around the country. They started to build a structure for a new casino, but the state withdrew the license. Unless you like to bet on the ponies, there’s really not much to the place.
