Well groomed gravel walking trail with the perfect incentive for young children to keep going. Warning: walking will be slow, as fairy houses are scattered on both sides the trail.
In fall, they blend into their surroundings due to the leaves, but keep a lookout every 10-15 feet along the ground, base of trees, and sometimes hanging from the trees.
Port-a-john located in the parking lot as of November 2024.
Enjoyed walking the trail with my kids (ages 10 and 8). Fun for them to find the various fairy houses along the way. A quick walk if you don’t stop to look at houses!
