Great little neighborhood park with plenty of shade. They have a seperate area for little kids (2-5) as well as for bigger kids (5-12). There is also a nature trail.

This is a very small park. They don’t even have bathrooms. There is a port-a-potty however it was acceptably clean. They even had hand sanitizer inside. There is a picnic table as well. There are plenty of trees, shade, and benches. I believe there is a trail and pond but I didn’t explore that far.

A peaceful retreat from the busy hubbub of the city, Strickland Road Neighborhood Park features a number of nature trails that meander through the park. There is also a playground for children ages 2 to 12 which is great for helping those little ones burn off some energy.

The park has several shaded picnic areas with benches. There two ponds which add to the tranquil nature. I did not spot any restrooms here and there is not much parking so be prepared on sunny days in nice weather.

I had a very pleasant visit and would definitely return.

Beautiful large pond with rustic trail around it. Excellent playground with lots of options.
