Lovely playground! Very colorful and vibrant. It’s mostly shaded. Lots of fun for my 3 year old. We were there around lunchtime on a weekday, and it was not crowded. We were the only ones there. My daughter loved the swings and variety of slides.
We were in the north hills area, and we accidentally chanced upon this playground! It is an absolute fun place, nestled in the woods. All the equipment is brand new and there are a host of fun equipment that children can play on. My kids really had a blast.
Park is top tier specially for pickleball playing HOWEVER! I’m not trying to be funny but when is the city of Raleigh planning on adding a simple water fountain to this park ? We not in covid anymore smh…
I recently visited Holly’s nest with my family. What an amazing place and resource for our state. I had no idea it was as extensive as it is. We were treated with a personalized tour with Byron and Kim and of course, all of their eight dogs in tow. They are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their work. They rely entirely on donations, so please give to this very important cause and work.
Great pickleball courts. High level of play, but there are plenty of courts so any level can play! Nice system for understanding who plays the next game. They also have hooks so you don’t have to put your stuff on the ground.
