Nice wide open field for dogs to run. Two separate areas, one for smaller dogs, the other for larger dogs.

Very open large space so hard to keep close to dog at times. Also, the gate at the entrance has a large hole underneath and my dog fit through and escaped.

Our doggie lives going here. Separate play areas for bigger dogs and smaller dogs. Real grass. Can get muddy but two play areas are rotated.

Such a great dog park. Huge field that they rotate which half is open for use to try and preserve the grass as much as possible. So much room for your dog to run and play!

My pup and I always enjoy a trip to the Dorthea Dix dog park! I like how the field is alternated so the ground doesn’t become too muddy. And my dog sure loves how much space there is for her to run around! Always the highlight of our week going to the dog park!! And there is always parking close to the dog park entrance as well, which is nice. Only downside is there’s no water station for the dogs. This would be a simple but great addition, but we usually just take our own water.
