Carolina Pines Dog Park

Carolina Pines Dog Park offers a spacious, shaded environment with separate areas for large and small dogs, including two small dog areas and a large dog area. The park is located in a pine forest setting with natural ground cover of dirt, leaves, and pine needles. It features water stations for dogs, agility equipment, picnic tables, seating benches, and other dog-friendly amenities. Parking and accessibility are good, being near major roads and a community center. It is a quieter park ideal for shy dogs though it can get muddy after rain and some areas for small dogs are quite small. Overall, a highly recommended dog park with a friendly community atmosphere.

Great dog park! Very large area with plenty of room for dogs to run. Dog water stations, agility platforms, and many benches and tables for humans. There are also two separate areas for small dogs or for dogs that need exercise but don’t play well with others.
It’s very much in a pine forest, so there is lots of shade and the ground cover is a mix of dirt, leaves, and pine cones/pine needles. Watch out to not trip on roots.
The park is conveniently located right off of I-40 or Tryon Rd in a quite neighborhood. There is a community center right next door as well.
Highly recommended!
The dog park is Great because it’s full of trees so it’s Very shady. It’s never been too crowded. Also, it’s a big area for large dogs and has two separate small dog areas. They’re very very small though.
Our boy loves this park! We’ve been bringing him here since the day he was old enough. There’s so much room to run, lots of shade on his days, and loads of friends to make.
The only issues here are the same that you’d find at any other dog park; some people neglect to watch or clean up after their pets so watch where your step and keep a close eye on your pup.
Very large shady space, a few water buckets for the dogs and available poop bags. Usually pretty quiet, I’ve only ever seen like 4 other dogs there at once so it’s nice if your dog is shy. There’s definitely better parks in the area but this one is a perfectly good contender. Unfortunately it does get super muddy when it rains.
Great space! It’s divided into 3 parks and the big dog park has PLENTY of space for everyone. There’s water on one side of the park, and there’s are buckets for the pups to drink out of. Bowls would be nice and a couple more water places.
