Great adult advanced tennis clinic on thursdays 8-930pm. Heavy hitters here and tough drills, Excellent cardio and great way to get my old tennis skills back.

I didn’t visit the tennis courts but went to the park to run instead. If you want hill training this is the place to visit if you live in this part of Queens NY or the Western part of Long Island. Definitely 5 stars. If you stay on the outside path it will net you 11 miles round trip
