This is by far one of our favorite parks! The river, the walk/bike path, the people using it, … The access to the river built into the side. Can definitely tell the water is run off from the snow!! It’s freaking cold! But so happy to see it so full again!

This was a selected venue for a social distancing event for members of my region/ agency. I checked it pout a could of days beforehand and I’m glad I did. I met the caretaker on the night of the event to find how diligent they are to protect suave when it is reserved. Thank he gave me information about the park and we discussed my agency and what we do. I told him it looks nicer somehow and he explained how they prep. I was amazed at the lengths they go.
**the things I wouldn’t know I didn’t know** changed with that meeting and I have an increased respect and gratitude for the Provo Parks and Recreation. There are playgrounds, restrooms, a volleyball court, a bike trail, footpath, multiple pavilions to sit under…we had a blast for those of us who attended.
