I don’t know what this is, but it’s not any type of park or dog park. There is an area (full of broken glass) to park and you can walk up a dirt road next to another road cars drive on. Not a very enjoyable experience and we didn’t stay long as we we weren’t really sure what was going on. No signs or anything to indicate where you’re intended to walk … we let our dogs run up the hill a bit. Overall do not recommend. Views were nice tho 😉
