This is a hidden gem. I was cat sitting and searched hiking paths nearby and this park popped up. It is behind a subdivision off 42. Impossible to find if I hadn’t searched but I am so glad I did. The trail is a good workout with a feeling of solitude. Harrods Creek runs along part of the park and there are benches and swings that are perfectly placed to enjoy a nice break. There is a kayak, canoe put in not far from the parking lot. There is a restroom at the parking lot also. This is a great park.
There is also a pretty little stream that has a waterfall by a small bridge as you are leaving the parking lot.

Nice Trail. Four segments, from easy to intermediate. Well maintained. Nicely done foot bridges across rocky gulches. Beautiful views of Harrods Creek, limestone outcroppings and soaring Sycamore trees. About 4miles if you hike all of them. The Red and Green trails are as interesting as the JMF trails. Just a nice escape from all of the developments in the East End.
