Great size units, heat, central air, and cooking gas are included!! And now with new appliances, cabinets, and a/c condenser. What more can you ask for?!?!😎 And they are currently increasing the amount of security cameras throughout the complex also.
Don’t waste your time for the 7 plus years I lived there my car was hit from the back and luckily if my neighbor hadn’t knocked on my door to tell me I would have never caught the person. They don’t fix anything on a timely fashion. There has been at least 7 different management companies that have taken over and left. They need cameras!!! The drug activity is terrible. When I 1st moved there it wasn’t like that. Plus they tried to take me to court for an amount I didn’t owe, showed my receipts and the judge adjusted the amount. The heat went off in the entire complex 1 time. The electricity went out the day before Christmas Eve after I had just bought food to cook. SMH!!! Just avoid!
I absolutely love it here, the staff made the whole application process really easy and were always very welcoming. The units are amazing for the price and the utilities being included made it really easy to budget for. I would recommend this property.
They advertise hud housing but are obviously are not. I Went through the whole application process (three trips to the office per them calling me to come in) I went in for an appointment for a move in after two hours of filling out paper work I was rudely avoided by management and was told by the receptionist they do not have subsistized housing available. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional! I would definitely not waste your time.
