This is a large park with lots of different things to do. It has a baseball field, Soccer field and exercise machines. A couple of walking/running paths go around the park with the red path being half a mile. There is also a path down to the Schoharie Creek. The creek was extremely low so fishing would not have been good. The town deserves credit for including such a nice workout area. There are over a dozen machines in three separate areas.

When you enter the park there are lots of signs. One says “Don’t Drink The Water.” Another says “Photo Enforced” but I didn’t see any cameras. A sign says “This Park is Tobacco Free” but inside the park there is another sign saying “Smoking Area.”

The park has porta potties which were open and real bathrooms which were locked up. The real bathrooms would be for when there is a baseball game. The main pavilion has 15 picnic tables under a roofed area. A second covered area has 6 picnic tables. There are also bleachers to sit at to watch baseball games. The parking area is large and I doubt it ever fills up. There is something for everyone at this park.

Lake is large. Might be some good fishing. Bathrooms tucked back away from most activities but large and we’ll maintained.

This was a very serviceable park. There is ball fields here and it looks like it’s used by the town for games and things. We stopped here after going to pratt’s rocks and had a nice little picnic lunch using one of the pavilion picnic tables

Great place to relax your mind by the water or work out in the built in exercise workout areas for adults there is a little area for kids baseball field walking path water entrance and food in the summer time.

Took my favorite dog so she can run. She had a blast. I loved watching her. She sniffed and ran. And walked. And than we walked around the field together. She is the best.
