This park , if you can call it that, is a sad baseball field littered with junk from a drug area. There have been several complaints to the dog poo just everywhere. It’s really bad with the pets poo just left behind. You will find needles all over and empty baggies. The town seems to be trying to clean it up but people just don’t help by cleaning up or caring after themselves. It’s sad could be a nice baseball field. No foodNo bathroomsAll closed due to vandalism

i love to jog here most days. i am grateful it exists and am always happy to see the community sports that happen on the field. i found this cool picture at the library of what the park looked like at some point in the 1900s and thought i’d leave that here ((((:

Underutilized and poorly planned. Many sections are too hilly to be properly used. No seating. No picnic tables. No planted flowers. Not well lit at night unless there is a game going on. If there are restrooms, there is no signage indicating where they are. Lovely space that is wasted by not being well used.

Raining day, but it didn’t deter me one bit from wanting to go to the park…
