Great place. First time at a Sure Stay and found it higher quality a better service than Most Best Westerns and BW+ I have stayed at.

Rooms clean and well sized. See Photos of my room at check-in. It is right across the street from a Flying J truck stop and never even heard the trucks. Having a smaller Truck Stop shop and gas station across the street was great.

Kudos to team members Missy at the Front Desk and Beth who provisioned breakfast. Although the eggs sausage bacon sausage gravy were typical for Best Westerns… Beth prepared them fresh and refreshed so it was among the best BW Bfasts I have had… and I have had many. Local cream yogurts were the best. Missy knew the area well and made many super suggestions. And special mention to Housekeeping Mgr Paige and her team. Great work and really quite a standout from other BW sites!

If here in Oct Nov Dec… be sure to visit the free light show about 200′ away… ! You can’t miss it.

Great place. Just 2 minutes off the freeway and about 30 mins from the Spokane Airport and about 10 mins from downtown Coeur d’alene.

The front desk ladies and gentlemen were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were spacious enough for 2 teenagers, 2 adults, and a baby. The bathrooms in both rooms we reserved were not the cleanest but kind of expected for the price. I cleaned them up with a magic eraser, so if you get room 449 or 450, it’s a guarantee your bathroom is clean! We enjoyed the breakfast and the location. Overall, it was a good stay for the price!

The staff here was very friendly. The breakfast was mediocre at best. We stayed 3 nights, and the breakfast options always the same, with the exception of switching between bacon and sausage. NO waffle maker. Cold biscuits, no fresh items. The breakfast area is too small for all of the guests, leaving most people standing to eat or taking plates back to their rooms (this was true even on the weekdays) The rooms are awful with a cheap echoing laminate flooring, so you can hear those above you and next to you walking all night. Super small bathroom, and counter/sink area. We travel quite frequently, and would likely try out other lodging options before staying here again. We usually choose hotels with breakfast included, and this was by far the worst breakfast we have had in years.

Wow, fom the moment I was greeted when I walked in the register I knew it was going to be a good experience. The beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a good amount of choices each morning. The pool was clean and warm, we loved it! Every single employee was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit Silverwood Theme Park dye to the close proximity and the great experience. I recommend you give them a call next time you are looking for a pleasant experience.
