Frazer Park Playground is a friendly neighborhood destination for dog owners in Portland, Oregon, offering a generous off-leash area with lush grass, big trees for shade, and unique fun slopes perfect for a game of fetch. Dogs can roam and run up and down the hill, while owners enjoy the scenic, open space. The off-leash section is well-used but rarely overcrowded, making it an inviting spot for both dogs and their humans to socialize and unwind.
This dog park is not fully fenced (there is open access on one end), so it’s best suited for dogs with good recall. You’ll find multiple picnic tables, large open fields, and even a walking trail, as well as ample shade from mature trees. Located close to family amenities like a community garden, basketball court, and a play structure, Frazer Park Playground provides a pet-friendly and kid-friendly atmosphere that’s ideal for outings with the whole family. A true local gem for relaxed dog-friendly fun in Portland.
Neighborhood nonfenced offleash park for well behaved doggoes. Nice community garden. Basketball hoop n small playground for younger kids. Also 3 blocks from normandale for a bigger experience.

Nice little park for giving your dog a little run around. Nothing special but there is a decent slope so if your dog fetches you can wear him/her out pretty quickly. There are also two big trees for you to shelter from the elements. It is fenced in apart from one end which is at some distance from where you would run your dog. But if your dog has no recall this isn’t the place for you.

Great offleash dog park tucked away from the street. Large open space and fun slopes to run on. It is NOT fenced in, which is a consideration for some dogs.

Good off leash section generally away from everything else with a hill to run the dogs up and down for a good wear out. Wasn’t too muddy (nothing to roll in or standing puddles) and plenty of grass.

Such a nice find! Gets good sun in winter/spring, and perfect for a ~2-5 year old. Two nice and large picnic tables, one near the play structure and one in/near the off-leash area. Even has an old but sufficient basketball court! Huge daisy-filled field perfect for kites or running around. Old-school play structure w metal slides and wood, but nothing to be afraid of. I’ve survived worse! 😁
