1st time I have taken a dog there, he’s a puppy…2 dogs inside the fence staring at me, no owner around just a SUV with no one in it…as far as I could tell. The grounds look beautiful, but this creeper me out. I will try another day at a different time.

We love this dog park. My small dogs love the huge area for small dogs!
Lots of grass too! No mud!
I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t see any poo! There must be lots of responsible dog owners in Portage. Well done!

Always clean and there is typically water available for your dog. Everyone is conscious of their dog’s safety as well as yours.

I was in town for family day with the National Guard and needed to find a place to take my dog for exercise and found this dog park online…and I’m SO HAPPY I did! I spent two and a half hours visiting with super-friendly people, and Sadie made many new friends! All the dogs were social and loved to play. Water, bags, benches, platforms, and a few small shade trees along with a large area to run and play make this a great place for dogs and their people to socialize!

Great space for dogs to play and expel some energy. I love that there is a small area and a large are. There are gallon bottles of water that come in handy. There are also toys such as ropes and balls ⚽️ that the dogs can use. It’s a great place to have some fun with your puppy pal. My puppy had lots of fun with another dog named Lincoln. We look forward to visiting this dog park again 🐶🐕🐩
