Whose right mind or genius ideal was it to put seashells here? That makes no sense at all what a terrible job on that

This used to be a lovely little dog park with grass. I took my 2 small dogs last week (Feb 2025) and found it to be 85% shells. They couldn’t even walk comfortably on this crap. The benches were rusted (hazard), and I spent 15 minutes picking up at least 30 piles of poop (lazy humans) even though bags are provided. There were holes dug by dogs that (lazy humans) didn’t bother to fill in. DO NOT GO HERE. This park is not maintained. Pasco County should be ashamed. All the lazy humans should be ashmed, but unfortunately, they are not the ones reading the reviews.

Cute little dog park. The size isn’t very big, but for a quick stop, it’s nice. This park is clean and has a cute little setup. It’s right next to the police station, so it’s a safe spot for the ones that have concerns of safety. On cool days, it’s great, but for our summers, not so much because there’s no shade for the dogs. There are 2 spots to sit with a covering. I have nothing negative to say about this spot and definitely recommend it for what it is.

The park is clean. I have been twice and it was empty both times. They put shells down on the ground and it hurts the dogs paws. My dogs did not want to stay either time. It is a shame because the park is clean and nice.
