FAQ for Charlie Wheeler Community Park in Poinciana Florida:
Small play area for kids, one table with bench. Located just behind the baseball field. The parking lot needs a bit of work & would be better if there were a couple more benches to sit, and rest at. Overall a nice small area for kids to play at after school or for a short while on the weekends.
I took my children and two puppies to the park, I had recently just moved in the neighborhood and was looking for the closest park. There were blunt wrappers put out cigarettes trash all over the place I would not even let my children play on the side area it was horrible
Quaint, clean and quiet! My son and I enjoyed it lots. Great place to take memorable photos. It has 1 table with bench. You can easily do a fun kiddie picnic here.
Baseball field now needs to be rented out to play on. I thought this was a community park that tax payers money paid for the rebuild. This is unfortunate and injust. Now kids can’t play without parents paying their hard earned money to get the field.
I get shutting the bathrooms in the evening and maybe even on weekends but during the day… Why?? We always have to go home early because my little one needs to use the potty and we have to go home to do so.
