FAQ for Katie’s Dog Park in Pocatello Idaho:
We loved that it had two separate areas, one for the bigger dogs and one for the smaller ones. Each area has benches to sit down on and at least one to two toys for the dogs to play with. Each area has a water fountain and a bowl for watering the dogs.
Beautiful grass and well maintained , lots of room but it’s not fenced in so we were not able to turn the dogs loose to run 😟
This place was beautiful. Very glad we got to experience it on our road trip.
Had a great experience! We weren’t able to stay too long, but the area seems fairly clean and the water fountain was on! Good sitting areas as well! We will be going back!
This is a really nice open field for your dog to run around. Most of the time there are other dogs with owners walking around.
It was all muddy and smaller than expected. But that was just one side. The other side was okay but small.
This is a very good fenced in area for dogs to run and play and get some exercise. There are sheltered benches for dog walkers to sit and take a break if they want to stop and relax
It’s a cute little place. Moderate amount of poop, but the gazebo could use some coverage. Thing that got me was the pounds kennels facing the park. Dogs were barking and howling the whole time. My pup didn’t want to focus and was constantly looking over to that side and wanting to go see the dogs. Plus, a bit annoying if I’m being truthful. It’s a nice pound they have, but definitely a bit of a design flaw.
