My girlfriend lived here and I shared several experiences with her there. Most importantly they have an underground climet controlled garage, which is really nice, as well as an elivator (which when bringing things like groceries upstairs is nice.) they also have a nice authentication system for visitors, so that you buzz your party and that calls there phone so you can be granted entry even when the person your visiting isn’t home. The grounds are nice, and well kept. There’s no pets allowed. One complaint is there are lots of younger children that run up and down the hallways and are often loud when outside (which is like all the time.) also be carful for there parking lot cleaning cause they will tow cars out of the public lot if you fail to notice there flyers. Otherwise it’s a fine place. Approximately 900 a month for a two bedroom, but don’t quote me. They are also 100% handicap accessable.

You need to come by and enjoy this park, with the kids, with grandma, with the dogs. It’s nice to just let your barefoot feel the grass and relax. Listen for the birds, take a stroll, it is a beautiful park. Their is plenty of parking and plenty of walking area as well as play area for the whole family. So come on by and enjoy the fresh air and shade trees here.

I have visited this park with my young kids multiple times and its neatly maintained by people around and authorities. This park has all sort of swings and slides for younger kids. Nearby short trail is nice and it has a sitting area with a shed. Overall an excellent park with a nice community around. There is no specific parking facility for this park, so you need to park in Parkers Lake parking.
