A great little state park! There’s a nice walking trail through the woods to the beach and across the marsh. The beach is mostly rocky but has great spots to see birds and a few seals offshore. It was pretty quiet and we only saw a few people while we were there. In total we got 2.5 miles walking through the woods, wandering on the beach, and then looping back through the marsh.

Lovely State Park with easish hike to a rocky cold water beach between Plymouth and Cape Cod. Great birding.

Beautiful park with lots of walking trails, and a beautiful walk to the beach. The beach has lots of beautiful rocks and some glass. Locals said this is a great place to spot Seal. The tide was up when I visited. Definitely need to go back when tide is out. Definitely recommend checking out this beautiful park/beach.

We loved this place. It was our first visit but won’t be our last! The trail from the inner parking lot to the beach was easy to follow. It may be about a half mile, not sure. The trail opened up to a beautiful beach filled with soft sand and lots of rocks. We walked on the beach and picked up some pretty rocks and a few pieces of sea glass. It was very quiet and peaceful. There was a picnic table tucked away under some trees along the trail but there are no bathroom facilities.
