great place for a run or walk, after about a mile you end up walking in a neighborhood, but the trail is ways away from the homes. highly recommend,

there is a bike repair station and port a potty at the trail head

The trail itself is well maintained, but it would be nice if it could be a loop. Also, one branch dead ends in someone’s yard who is not very happy when biker’s enter his property. It is a very hilly route – great exercise if that is what you want. It does have spots that go through subdivisions, but a good portion of the trail is lovely green space.

A humble trail that offers some escape from the din of suburbia or a consistent landscape for one’s daily fitness.

I have been walking and jogging at this trail nearly every day for over two years. The groundskeepers tend to the premises well. The vibe of the trail is quite serene, which is quite a feat given it quaintly innervates the land between various surrounding suburbs. However, the treeline, prairie, and natural hills obscure signs of residential. There exists a few vistas one can enjoy some respite, like the creek falls and sprawling prairie.

Great paved trail (approx. 4.25 miles) through wooded areas, along small streams and partially next to a main road. Very nice!
