The playground and disc golf course are great! My three year old plays here a bunch. There are usually a few kids but never crowded. The disc golf course is beginner friendly, as it is more open, but still presents a challenge to most players. The only downfall is a good portion of people do not pick up their dog poop, so watch out!
This park has really grown on me. The front part is made up of a couple nice play fields and a small playground. The back part has a creek, nice trails for walking that you share with polite ATVers on occasion. The woods and fields back there are great and connect all the way to October Mountain. My son calls them Calvin and Hobbes woods and that’s about right.
A variety of single and double tracktrails for mountain biking and hiking, through some really nice wooded areas. The disc golf course is fun for the kids but in need of some new baskets. But it’s free.
Good playground , great place to walk. Pretty little river , great place to bring your dogs, even a beaver dam
