Nice dam and lake there is a trail that goes the whole way around but it’s not very well marked

Such an awesome place to visit. We saw a lot of people with bathing suits and towels, but couldn’t find where they were swimming. It’s a pretty big place with a small parking lot.

One of my favorite spots to hike in Pennsylvania. Have hiked deep throughout these woods many times. Not an easy trail but not a hard trail. It’s a good hike. You can walk trails back in here for days and get lost so keep track of where you are going. The bush is as thick as it gets.

The trail around the NW and West side of the reservoir are bit more challenging. Some of the trails are marked with orange paint. They lead to paths marked with tree scrapes on both sides. Hard to spot here and there but that the fun. There are also 2 braided cable crossings over the creeks feeding the reservoir. Good hike.
