This motel has been remodeled. Unfortunately, I think it needs a personnel and management overhaul as well. The greeting at the front desk was neutral. The elevator was next, its floor was filthy. Up to floor three I go. Elevator door opens and I step out unto another filthy floor. Down to the room I go. It looks nice. I go get some ice for my soft drink then start looking for plastic cups but only find the paper type for coffee, which I don’t consider suitable for cold drinks or water. I set my laptop on the desk and sit down in the chair. I can not comfortably reach the keyboard (I’m 5’10”). I try to adjust the chair height but find it to be already at it highest setting. I end up working on the bed.

At bedtime I find the bed firm but comfortable and the pillows great. I sleep well. In the morning I head to the shower and find hair in the tub. OK, no shower. I dress and head down for breakfast. The selection looks good but I find the western omelet thingies are refrigerator cold and the potato cakes are lukewarm. I throw my breakfast away for fear of food poisoning.

Checkout was as neutral as was check-in. I was acknowledged, and asked if an emailed receipt was OK. That was all. No “How was your stay” or any such inquiry.

I expect much better for NULL. I will be cancelling my planned November stay at this motel.

The hotel room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly, except for the breakfast host. She seemed to have an attitude, especially when I told her there was no milk, as the container was empty. After I found her, she did refill the container, but not with any care or concern.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in the area, I’d highly recommend staying here. The accommodations were great and the prices were reasonable. The rooms were fresh and modern, the mattress was very comfortable. Everything was clean and the AC worked like a charm.

The hotel staff were awesome! There’s a selection of amenities such as travel size toiletries and a handful of beverages (beer and wine too) available at the lobby. The free breakfast is terrific with a good variety of choices. Everything tasted great, no complaints!

Th indoor pool is also clean and well stocked with towels. The only complaint is that the pool deck got super slippery when wet so the little ones had some trouble. But overall, we’d definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn located in Pine Grove PA and the staff was excellent. They worked with us very well. We had a power outage where we lived. They got us a room early so we could sleep since we haven’t slept the night before and the room was spotless and I’m very picky about that so we enjoyed a nice cool comforting room for the night. I would recommend this place to anyone and trust me I’m very picky.
