I have been bringing my German Shepherd to Ruff Haus for over 3 years. Darlene and her staff are the best. Our Dog is groomed here regularly, and has been boarded here more than once. They always do great job and communication is always clear.
Ruff Haus has been nothing short of stellar in dealing with my border collie, Ranger. You see, Ranger is a hell hound that doesn’t like to be groomed. Darlene and her crew have dealt with him with only love and patience. They’re always quick to communicate if they’re backed up or when he’s about to be ready. He always looks so dapper after being professionally groomed. Darlene really knows her craft! I would feel completely safe boarding my dogs here as well. Highly recommend!

Darlene at Ruff Haus truly takes care of the dogs as she would her own. She hires the most lovely people to help and the facility is gorgeous! Our Labradoodle Henrik does really well when he does long stays at Ruff Haus and now with the added bonuses like daycare, peanut butter kong , walks, etc I know that he’ll be plenty entertained and taken care of. Not only does he come home happy and exhausted but the bath/groom he gets is always impeccable. I’m so happy to have found Darlene and Ruff Haus for our dog and would recommend to anyone!
My husband and I have been taking our crew of large dogs to Darlene for a few years now. It was hard finding a groomer that was comfortable and capable of grooming large dogs. Darlene’s facility is super clean, well maintained and professional. My dogs always come back happy, well groomed and even with a little bandana.
