The area is more than big enough for dogs to run off some energy. Could benefit from a horse trough for summer bathing, but otherwise a good dog park.
It’s pretty nice. Amenities included spicket, water bowl 😉 , some community toys, pavilion, table, poo bags and trash cans. Everything located inside park which is good. Right next to some good trails to hike (on leash) with your dog too. There’s small and big dog separate sections. The small one is small, and the big one is on the large side of small(both have pavilion and table). The big one also has a couple of agility pieces. Bathrooms within short walk. No lights at night. Gravel parking and a dedicated crosswalk to the small dog side. Pretty efficient/full use of the land and fencing.
The regulars are pretty good at picking up poop, but one or two had a habit of giving treats to other dogs, without asking the owner. Treats at dog parks are actually good for training, but always ask before giving to other dogs. I donated a water bowl once and someone stole it, so I jury-rigged something less…mobile.
